Hello and welcome! My name is Teja Surya, and I am a Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for solving complex problems using advanced data techniques. As a recent Master's graduate in Mathematics from IIT Madras and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Madras Institute of Technology, I bring a unique blend of mathematical rigor and programming expertise to the field of Data Science.

My education has given me a strong foundation in statistics, probability theory, linear algebra, and optimization – all essential tools for any Data Scientist. Throughout my academic career, I have always been fascinated by the power of data-driven insights to transform businesses and solve real-world problems.

During my internships and personal projects, I have gained hands-on experience with a wide variety of Data Science techniques, including time series analysis, tabular data analysis, and natural language processing (NLP) with Transformers and GPT-3. I'm proud to say that I have achieved the rank of 3x expert on Kaggle, a leading platform for Data Scientists to showcase their skills and collaborate on projects.
